The Matan Companies isn't even finished renovating 6101 Stevenson Ave in Alexandria, but that hasn't stopped the firm from inking the American Counseling Association for an 11-year, 21k SF deal. Matan will be doing major capital improvements over the next two years. ACA will relocate from a building down the block in December. Cresa's Mindy Saffer and Lucy Wadeson, along with West, Lane & Schlager's Eric West, repped ACA in the deal.
