Yesterday in Beverly Hills, NGKF broker Jay Luchs paused for lunch (and our camera) on North Canon. The LA retail whirlwind, son of longtime DC vet Ken Luchs, not only does landlord listings (for clients like Angelo Gordon, Dune Capital, and the famed Mahboubi family) and tenant rep (LVMH brands, Lanvin, and Soul Cycle, among many), but squeezes in office (recently found P Diddy West Hollywood digs for Bad Boy Films and Revolt TV) and makes forays into Miami, Chicago, and especially NYC, where he went week to check on his half dozen listings. But he still roots for the Redskins. (Suggestion: root harder.)
