Valladao Returns To Roots

Cushman & Wakefield's Greg Valladao is headed back to his first love— brokerage. We just found out that Greg has stepped aside as C&W's Phoenix office managing director to head back to retail investment sales full time. “It was just a difficult juggle to both manage people and broker deals. In the end, my 20-year investment in client relationships won out.” C&W is now in a search of a new managing director.
