When Pristine Environments (PEI) recruited Brian Snow from Vornado as its CEO (seen here with CFO Bobby Kennedy), it was for a dream goal: to expand the company nationally. Mission accomplished: headquartered in McLean, Pristine Environments is now a national provider of facility maintenance solutions, focusing on data centers, secure facilities, and biotech properties. PEI also works with commercial real estate owners on Class-A properties and other unique assets. The company has offices in DC and NYC, but here's the goal part: It's in the final weeks of acquiring a California-based company, with offices in 10 cities. This is in addition to two company acquisitions in the DC market over the last two years.
