On the Rooftop with MBA

We stopped by the PNC Place rooftop Wednesday night for the Mortgage Bankers Association's annual Spring Real Estate Update, spotting Combined Properties' Stephanie Friedman and Elze Law's Amelia Elze. Stephanie tells us Combined just received entitlements for the firm's Penn Daw Plaza redevelopment in Alexandria, while Amelia tells us she handles the legal side of all leasing at One Loudoun.

We also snapped Morgan Stanley's Jay Haberman and Columbia National Real Estate Finance's Justin Brindger with Webster Bank's Peter Burke, who tells us he just started the Conn.-based firm's first DC office and is on the hunt for $10M to $30M deals in the area.
