CityCenter Vet Joins Streetsense

Streetsense has brought on retail veteran Michael Smith as director of real estate, the firm announced yesterday. Michael formerly spent almost 15 years as a VP of development with Williams Jackson Ewing, where he led the firm's leasing advisory and consulting efforts on CityCenter. He's also helped lease up three big mixed-use projects in Baltimore: Bozzuto's Fitzgerald complex near Maryland Institute College of Art, One East Pratt St in downtown Baltimore, and Belvedere Square in North Baltimore.
