CBS Radio to 1015 Half

Capitol Riverfront just scored another big tenant, as word broke late Friday that CBS Radio has signed a 33k SF lease at Prudential's 1015 Half St. CBS, whose local stations include 99.1 FM and 106.7 FM (where you hear Nats baseball) will take most of its space on the second floor but also a small ground-floor space, too. Cassidy Turley repped Prudential. (It's going to be hard to call the Nats games from there, but maybe if you get up on the roof, you can see the batter's box.)
