Full Downtown Block Sold

Nearly an acre of land at 1444 Alberni St and 740 Nicola St has been sold, RealNet Canada Inc’s Ryan Wyse says, a full downtown block. Wall Financial Corp is the buyer (spending $83.5M). It owns and manages residential revenue-producing properties, develops and sells residential housing, and owns and manages two hotels: the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre Hotel (image) and the Westin Wall Centre Vancouver Airport Hotel.
