Empire Communities is bringing in the big guns. That'd be Mr. Do It Right himself, Mike Holmes, who's partnering with the builder on a program that'll see its low-rise homes subjected to inspections (building envelope, thermographic scans, final finishes) before receiving HOLMES Approved Homes certification upon completion. Mike says the partnership will help him reach more homebuyers.
