The impact that transit plans, new construction and the upcoming Pan Am Games will have on the Toronto real estate market was the hot topic of conversation among CoreNet's 2015 Real Estate Economic Outlook panelists earlier this month. The breakfast event, which took place at The St. Andrew's Club, was moderated by Canadian Tire associate vice president of corporate real estate Kira Sheppard, who presided over a panel discussion featuring Dream Office REIT leasing VP John Shields (snapped at right); Cushman & Wakefield capital markets VP Nicholas Kendrew; and Oxford Properties Group SVP Andrew McAllan.
