Woodcliffe, Westdale Sell $225M Toronto Portfolio

Woodcliffe Landmark Properties and Westdale Construction Co have completed the sale of a $225M Toronto portfolio that includes North Toronto Station—a Rosedale-Summerhill landmark and LCBO flagship—and The Shops of Summerhill, a deal we told you about in June. JLL’s Capital Markets team led the transaction, a benchmark sale broken into five separate deals. The portfolio (124k SF of urban retail and office space, and 1.04 acres of development land) also includes Woodcliffe’s Market Street development (above), a row of eateries across from St. Lawrence Market.
