Saks OFF 5th Coming To These 2 GTA Malls

Calling Ontario a “great market for Saks OFF 5th to expand in,” the retailer’s president, Jonathan Greller, last week unveiled plans for a 28k SF store in the ex-Target space at Bramalea City Centre, one of two GTA locations opening next spring (the other is at Pickering Town Centre). Bramalea City Centre, owned by Morguard Corp, is Brampton’s largest shopping centre and the fourth-largest in Ontario. The mall, which underwent a $185M expansion in 2010, has 1.5M SF of retail and 350 stores/services. With these new outlets, Saks OFF 5th has eight Ontario locations.
