How HBC Will Be a Big Part of New Jersey’s American Dream

Saks Fifth Avenue, Lord & Taylor and Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH are coming to New Jersey’s American Dream mega-mall, with a footprint of over 280k SF for all three stores. Hudson’s Bay Co said this week that the arrival of the stores at American Dream, a 3M SF shopping and entertainment destination that HBC chief Richard Baker calls “one of the most unique projects in the world,” will mark the first time all three of HBC’s US banners are housed in one location. American Dream developer Triple Five Group owns North America’s two largest shopping centres: Mall of America and West Edmonton Mall.
