Greybrook Realty Buys 101 Yorkville Ave

Greybrook Realty Partners has acquired 101 Yorkville Ave for $17.8M and will redevelop the 0.5-acre property, co-owned with First Capital Realty, into a 35k SF luxury retail project. First Capital will act as development, leasing and property manager. Greybrook CEO Peter Politis says the asset is located in one of Canada’s “most desirable and sought-after” retail destinations, and the redevelopment project will be tailored to meet “leading international luxury tenants’ demanding requirements.” This is Greybrook’s fourth project in Yorkville. First Capital is transforming nearby Hazelton Lanes into Yorkville Village.
