Consolidated HCI Holdings has sold a 50% interest in two Vaughan retail investment properties to Keele Seven Holdings for $14.2M. The properties are 7700 Keele St. and an adjacent site, 2267 Highway 7. Keele Seven Holdings is controlled by shareholders affiliated with the companies of Marc Muzzo, Stanley Goldfarb, Richard Gambin and Rudolph Bratty, and with the families of Angelo De Gasperis and the late Alfredo De Gasperis, each of whom is also a Consolidated shareholder. Bratty, Gambin, Goldfarb and Muzzo are also corporation directors. The deal is expected to close in June.
