BTB REIT Sells Montreal Mixed-Use Property For $7M

3627-3645 Des Sources Blvd on Montreal's West Island

Montreal-based BTB REIT has sold 3627-3645 Des Sources Blvd., a retail and office property in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Québec, for $7M. The purchaser was not disclosed. Built in 1977, the two-storey building— acquired by the REIT in 2007 for $4.5M — has just under 36K SF of leasable area. The property is positioned along one of the main arteries in Montreal’s West Island. With the disposition of the Des Sources site, BTB now owns 71 commercial, office and industrial properties, representing 5.1M SF GLA.
