Mohawk Medical Properties REIT has acquired the North Oshawa Medical Centre, a two-storey building built in 1990. The deal builds on the seven medical office properties purchased by the REIT in 2015. The Oshawa centre, 100% occupied, is on Ritson Road North, a north-south artery that links the neighbourhood with Highway 401 and the city centre. Mohawk’s portfolio now sits at 73 medical office buildings across Canada.
