Agellan Secures 2 New Leases at Parkway Place

Agellan Commercial REIT has secured two new lease commitments for 30k SF at its Parkway Place office complex at Highway 401 and the Don Valley Parkway. The first lease is for 2k SF for a five-year term, the second for 28k SF for a 10-year term. Agellan has also renewed the final outstanding lease set to expire in 2015 at Parkway Place, other than certain leases that had been entered into in connection with a lease amendment it signed with IBM in July 2013. Last year Agellan inked Porsche Cars Canada to a 20-year lease at Parkway Place and unveiled plans to build a new dealership on the site.
