Ivanhoé Cambridge and CBRE Global Investment Partners are investing in LOGOS China Logistics Club, a commitment that will allow LCLC, which owns and develops warehouse properties in hubs serving large Chinese cities, to make investments totaling up to US$400M. The LOGOS deal "supports our plan to grow our exposure to opportunities in the logistics sector in key markets such as Shanghai and Guangzhou,” Ivanhoé's growth markets EVP Rita-Rose Gagné said, noting LOGOs solid experience and expertise, location of its assets and strong development pipeline.
