Slate Office REIT Completes Acquisition Of Commerce West

Slate Office REIT has completed its acquisition of Commerce West.

A suburban office complex that is part of Etobicoke’s West Mall, Commerce West is 411,842 SF and includes two mid-rise office towers connected through a single-storey commercial corridor.

Initially announced earlier this year, the complex was purchased from Dream Office REIT for an aggregate price of $95M, or $231/SF.

Slate Office REIT owns 38 properties in Canada.
