Delray Commons Trades Hands

Pebb Enterprises sold Delray Commons for nearly $11M to Mall 5020 LLC, which is based in Weston. The property, at 5020-5080 Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach, is 98% occupied, with tenants that include CJ's Sports Bar & Grill and World Gym. CBRE’s David Donnellan and Patricia Friend brokered the deal for the 68k SF property, which David says is in a strong position because of the influx of younger people into the area, the South Florida Business Journal reports. The property, originally developed in 1981, occupies more than seven acres. [SFBJ]
