Tableau Software Takes Big Blocks In Kirkland, Fremont

Tableau Software inked a 92k SF lease in Kirkland Urban, a mixed-use campus in Downtown Kirkland, which started construction last week. The company is also leasing all 110k SF of the office building in Fremont at 744 N 34th St (pictured), which also just started construction.

Tableau needs the new space because it's the Puget Sound region's second-fastest growing publicly traded company, the Puget Sound Business Journal reports. Tableau plans to hire 1,000 people worldwide this year, with 600 of them in the Puget Sound region. [PSBJ]
