| A few weeks ago, Moneygram announced the move from Minnesota. This time, it’s Holly Corp. (taking 36k SF in 2828 N. Harwood) and Specific Media (taking 3k SF on the 12th floor Rockefeller Garden at Saint Ann Court). Both are relocating from the Crescent. With the latest deals, Harwood has leased 230k SF this year, Jihane tells us. She says nearby residential towers, which allow a more urban lifestyle, have upped the allure of the Harwood area to new tenants. | |
