Gaedeke is also seeking LEED EB certification. The 78% occupied building's largest contiguous block of available space is 37k SF, and Gaedeke VP Belinda Dabliz is actively marketing the space. The Weitzman Group’s Earl Harris and Marc Marrocco are handling retail leasing. Gaedeke prez Glenn Lickstein says the move is designed to meet increased retail demand on McKinney Avenue. |
