Giving Thanks

Arent Fox held its annual celebration for clients and friends this month at The Rock Center Cafe, attended by 350 people. Among those gathered: Arent Fox co-chair of the construction practice group James Frankel, David Brody Bond Aedas' Charles Shorter, and Arent Fox partner David Dubrow. The construction practice group is working with Charles on project finance transactions involving 501(c)(3) institutions, as well as public-private partnership projects in the areas of power, telecommunications, and design/construction.
Arent Fox chairman Mark Katz and partner Karen Candreva flank Marathon Asset Management's Rob Bernstein. Mark's had a long-standing relationship with Ron while he was at Goldman Sachs. Ron was lured over to Marathon Asset Management in '04, and is currently the senior managing director and co-head of real estate.
