Opening this week is Asian cuisine concept M Lounge in downtown San Jose, which is going into the space once home to PF Chang's at 98 S 2nd St. The cool new restaurant doubles as a nightclub, so now there's more reason to linger after happy hour. Here's a sneak peek of recent prep work of a giant golden canopy being installed at the highly detailed eatery. Expect "lunch with a 'wow' and evenings that take you across cities of Asia," according to the Facebook page.
