North San Jose Office Sells, Again

2851 Junction Ave. In San Jose

For the third time in two years, a North San Jose office complex has changed hands. Blackstone affiliate BRE Junction Property Owner has sold the building at 2851 Junction Ave. for $82M to LL 2851 Junction after holding onto it for only six months, the Mercury News reports. The 156K SF four-story office was bought by Blackstone in November 2016 for $76M from Hines, which bought the building in May 2015 for $86M from TMG Partners and Alcion Ventures.The building is fully leased to TSMC Technology, a division of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co.
