1745 Technology Drive In San Jose

Hudson Pacific Properties has signed InvenSense to a 139K SF lease renewal in San Jose. The tech company, which provides microelectromechanical systems sensory platforms, signed a lease at 1745 Technology Drive through April 2025. Earlier in the quarter, Hudson Pacific sold four properties in California for $255M.

“This early renewal of one of our larger 2019 expirations further highlights the continued strength and growing appeal of the San Jose Airport submarket, particularly as the Downtown San Jose market tightens,” Hudson Pacific CEO and Chairman Victor Coleman said in a statement.

The office is within Concourse, a 944K SF, seven-building, Class-A office complex at the intersection of Technology Drive and Airport Parkway, and adjacent to the San Jose International Airport.

Hudson Pacific is the largest owner of office space in the San Jose Airport submarket with a portfolio totaling over 2.6M SF.
