Hines bought the R&D campus in 2006 as part of a Silicon Valley package it purchased from Westcore for $350M. The 315k SF office space (85% leased) sits in seven, two-story buildings at the corner of Winchester and Hacienda. Sources say the campus, being marketed by Cassidy Turley, could sell for north of $90M. There's a possibility it could work as a redevelopment, since it's in a really hot area next to Cupertino. Hines has been active on both the buyer and seller front, having sold eight properties in Foster City to Gilead for $91M and recently bought an office site in San Mateo with Angelo Gordon.
