Barry Swenson Makes Downtown Santa Cruz Comeback

San Jose-based BSB just reopened its Santa Cruz office at a new downtown location. Santa Cruz Mayor Don Lane was on hand to cut the ribbon at 740 Front, which houses nearly two dozen employees (snapped above with SVP Jesse Nickell). Since the 1989 earthquake, BSB has made an $80M investment in historic renovations and new construction projects in downtown Santa Cruz. This month at our Silicon Valley Construction & Development event, BSB president Case Swenson said that  his firm's No. 1 focus is San Jose, though he sees Santa Cruz and Monterey County as appealing locations.
