Tishman Speyer Signs Woodlands Market For Lumina

Tishman Speyer’s Lumina, a luxury condominium project at 201 Folsom St, has a new resident. The property has signed a lease with Woodlands Market to occupy 9,500 SF on the corner of Main and Folsom streets.

“We were looking for the best locally owned grocer who could offer well-prepared fresh food to the residents of Lumina and the neighborhood and Woodlands Market met that match,” Tishman Speyer senior managing director Carl Shannon tells us.

Woodlands Market offers a wide selection of organic, natural and sustainable products from local suppliers that residents desire, Carl says. “They will be an important focal point in the neighborhood for grocery shopping, casual eating and catering options."

Carl credits Matt Holmes of Retail West with helping find the right fit for the building's market space.

The Market Co, responsible for the retail space at the Twitter building, was previously slated to occupy the space.
