New Grocery Store Opens In San Francisco’s Rincon Hill

Woodland Markets officially opened on the ground floor of Tishman Speyer’s Lumina on Thursday. The grocery store will occupy 9,500 SF in the 656-unit high-rise tower at the corner of Folsom and Main streets in Rincon Hill. Tishman Speyer also reports 85% of Lumina homes are sold or in contract.

The store is designed with natural wood, stone and metal art. It offers fresh produce, meat and seafood, a variety of prepared foods, fresh-cut flowers, a coffee bar, in-house juices and fresh bread daily. The grocery store has several locations in Marin County.
