An office building made out of containers? If the San Francisco startup Campsyte gets approval from the city's planning commission, buildings as tall as three stories made out of shipping containers might begin to crop up around the city.
The move presents another solution to the high rent problem in the area, according to the San Francisco Business Times. The real estate startup hopes to target rapidly growing firms that have outgrown co-working spaces but aren’t quite ready for formal office space.
