GE Digital Expands Bishop Ranch Lease By 100k SF

GE Digital has expanded its lease at Sunset Development’s Bishop Ranch by 100k SF. Its expansion into 2600 Bishop Ranch brings its total space to 350k SF in the San Ramon office park. GE Digital initially leased 240k SF in Bishop Ranch 3 in 2011.

Bishop Ranch now serves as GE Digital’s global headquarters. Bishop Ranch also recently leased 150k SF at 2600 to Rodan + Fields; other recent leases include SAP, BlackBerry, Applied Underwriters, TruMark and Systema, totaling about 500M SF. The LEED Gold certified office park is the Bay Area's largest and includes four buildings at its 100-acre campus with 1.8M SF of office space.

Roundhouse Market also recently opened to provide dining options at 2600. Bishop Ranch includes the Roundhouse conference center, year-round special events, and volleyball and bocce ball courts. It will eventually add a fitness pavilion. Dorris-Eaton School offers K-8 education and Bright Horizons offers childcare and early education.

City Center Bishop Ranch is under construction and will add 300k SF of restaurants and retail around a one-acre piazza. It is expected to open fall 2018.
