96k SF Of Office Available In San Mateo

More office space is opening up in San Mateo. Hines and Pearlmark completed construction at one of the buildings at 400|450 Concar, a Class-A office complex with 305k SF on 3.3 acres. The completed four-story 96k SF 400 Concar office is available for leasing. The second 107k SF building 450 Concar will be delivered later this month and is fully leased to Medallia.

The complex is designed by Form4 and is pre-certified LEED Platinum. The complex is near US 101 and I-92 and is next to the Hayward Park Caltrain station and a future retail and housing development at Station Park Green. That development will offer 35k SF of retail and 599 housing units at Concar and Delaware.

Newmark Cornish & Carey EVP Josh Rowell and senior managing director Craig Kalinowski are in charge of leasing.
