Pauls Corp has proposed building an eight-story mixed-use in downtown Redwood City. The building would be at 603 Jefferson Ave and include 92 condos.
Plans from the Denver-based developer call for 4,500 SF of ground-floor retail space and a residential lounge area that would sit on about a half acre at the corner of Jefferson and Bradford. The condos would range from studios up to three-bedrooms.
There is no timeline for the project, but the Redwood City planning department is reviewing the plan. San Francisco-based BDE Architecture is working on the project. [TR]
