Boston Properties and co-developer Hines came up with a creative way to lease out the remaining 700k SF up for grabs in the Salesforce Tower. Boston tells us they're finishing up the buildout of a 21st floor marketing suite at 50 Fremont, which will allow prospective tenants to look out across the site at 415 Mission and get a behind-the-scenes tour of what will make the Salesforce Tower the premier office building in S.F. (aside from being the tallest). The center is slated to open next month.
