Milan Buys Retail Strip

A California investor has picked up the San Diego location of Northgate Gonzalez Market. Milan Capital Management purchased Naples Plaza, a five-building retail strip center, for $18.5M. It was sold by an affiliate of Miami-based Cardone Investments, according to the San Diego Business Journal. The 85k SF center off Third Ave is anchored by the large grocery store. [SDBJ]
