The Moss Group, a family-owned and operated property development and management company based in Los Angeles, just purchased a 16,500 SF medical office building in Vista for $7.65M. The seller was Solana Beach family office Lomas Santa Fe Group and was represented by San Diego-based The Heritage Group.
"We are pleased to facilitate the trade of this outstanding medical asset, to the Moss Group, as a long-term investment for their portfolio,” The Heritage Group Senior Director Dan McCarthy said in a statement.
The medical office building is at 145 Thunder Drive in Vista. It is adjacent to Tri-City Medical Center, an acute-care hospital with over 700 physicians and 60 specialties. The building was constructed in 1984 and has been 100% leased by United Health Group (formerly Cassidy Medical Group) since that time.
