Davlyn Investments has grabbed two big names in the tech industry for its Scripps Ranch property.
The firm inked deals with Intel Corp for 95k SF as well as high-end headphone maker Turtle Beach for 35k SF at Scripps Summit, a three-story, 135k SF office building at 12220 Scripps Summit Dr.
CBRE's Brent Wright and Matt Pourcho repped Davlyn, which picked up the former Nokia office building in 2011 for $23.5M. Colliers International's Tom Nicholas and Michael Finley brokered the deal for Intel while Turtle Beach was fronted by Cushman & Wakefield's Michael Macie. [SDBJ]
