The clock is ticking on Mitek Systems' HQ lease at Balboa Corporate Center: almost five years left, according to a recent filing by the company with the SEC.
Mitek, which leases 22,500 SF at the San Diego office building at 8911 Balboa Ave, reports its lease expires on June 30, 2019. The company pays $471k/year on rent, with 3% bumps to the rent per year and more than $670k in tenant improvement allowances.
