Attention Brokers: What's San Diego-based Franklin Wireless Corp going to do? We know its HQ lease is quickly approaching expiration. According to info filed by the SEC, the company reports that its 11,300 SF HQ at 6205 Lusk Blvd expires this August. It pays a monthly rent of $16,500. But the company says little else about its plans on whether to renew or move, except to say that the space is “adequate for our present needs.”
