Denver Buyer Takes Carlsbad Office

Miller Global Properties has gotten the gold. The Denver-based real estate investment firm purchased Ocean Ridge, a 75k SF Carlsbad office building that is LEED Gold certified from Chicago-based Heitman, according to records. The price was not disclosed, but the property at 5796 Armada Dr is 77% leased with such tenants as Morgan Stanley, Charles Schwab and Maketa Investment Group. CBRE's Louay Alsadek, Larry Cambra, Roger Carlson and Hunter Rowe brokered the sale.
