Banyan Buys Flex In Vista

Lee & Associates' Daniel Knoke and Peter Merz helped an affiliate of Banyan Road Capital buy a 26,700 SF flex office (with half industrial) building at 1120 Sycamore Ave in Vista for $2.8M. That comes to nearly $105/SF—not bad for a fully leased building. The seller was a JV between Cutting Family Trust and Three Sisters Trust. Daniel tells us that even a building with half industrial space like this one is still commanding a lot of investor interest in San Diego.
