Pendleton Woolen Mills, an Oregon retailer in business for over 150 years and known for its blankets, throws and apparel, inked a lease for over 3k SF of retail space in Downtown Portland's new 546k SF mixed-use Park Avenue West. The flagship store will occupy the southeast corner of the building.
Pendleton and TMT Development, the developer of the tower, will start construction on the new store immediately, the Portland Business Journal reports. The store will open later this year, offering Pendleton's full line of products.
So far, the other retail tenant at Park Avenue West is Charles Schwab. Another 2,500 SF retail space in the building remains to be leased. [PBJ]
