Hirani Oil Arizona sold the 140k SF Payson Village shopping center at 142 E Hwy 260 in Payson to Progression Real Estate Investments for $15M. The grocery-anchored property dates from 1987 and is 87% occupied. The regional grocer Bashas' is the anchor, and other tenants include Dollar Tree, Native Grill and Jiffy Lube, reports CoStar.
