In two separate deals, a Tilted Kilt restaurant and the restaurant company's corporate HQ at 1617 West Warner Road and 8915 South Harl Ave. in Tempe, respectively, traded hands. The 10K SF restaurant is Tilted Kilt’s new flagship and sold for $5.6M; the 10K SF corporate HQ next to the restaurant sold for nearly $3M.

CBRE's Andrew Fosberg and Joseph Compagno, in the Phoenix office, repped the sellers, entities formed by West Coast Capital Partners.
