Tempe Can't Get Enough Creative Office

The redevelopment of the Tempe 10/60 Corporate Center into a more open floor plan and a 7:1,000 parking ratio seems to be paying off, with the full leasing of one of its two 45k SF buildings by a single company, Freedom Financial Network (FFN).

The goal of the property's recent redevelopment was to create an open office environment that's flexible and high-density, to accommodate a busy, high-employee-count company, JLL managing director Karsten Peterson tells us. "A company just like FFN, in fact,” he says. Karsten, along with colleagues Dave Seeger, Mark Gustin and Matt Gandolfo, repped Tempe 10/60's landlord in the deal.

Besides the open plan, there's exposed ceiling with spiral metal ductwork and slab-to-deck ceiling heights ranging from 15 feet to 22 feet, a 10-foot window line, and lush landscaping. In 2014, property owners Greenlaw Partners and The Broe Group redeveloped the property, demolishing one of its three buildings to offer more parking. JLL's Pat Williams, Steve Corney, Vicki Robinson, Andrew Medley and Chris Corney repped CA-based FFN, which provides assistance to consumers struggling with debt.
