Suburban Office Markets See Most Leasing in '15

Four suburban office markets—Chandler, the Scottsdale Airpark, Camelback Road and 24th Street, and the Deer Valley Airport, have enjoyed net leasing of 968k SF so far this year. All together that's more than 64% of the region's leasing, according to data from Lee & Associates. Most of the office space under construction this year is in Tempe and Chandler. Still, Old Town and South Scottsdale, Downtown Mesa, and Tempe have the tightest markets in the region. [PBJ]
