Here's One Way To Compete With Urban Office Space: Access To Golf

Non-urban office needs amenities to compete with urban core office space, and there's one that a dense city isn't ever going to have—golf. That's a key selling point at Stonecreek Pointe, JLL managing director John Bonnell tells us. "Newly renovated space, nearby amenities and a very direct connection to the greens of Stonecreek Golf Course give the project draw," he says.

JLL has overseen almost 30k SF in new leases to Premier Business Centers, Vertical Measures and People’s Mortgage at the property, which is at 11201 N Tatum Blvd in the Paradise Valley. The leases bring the building (formerly Anasazi Plaza II) to 75% occupied. John, SVP Brett Abramson and VP Chris Latvaaho repped the landlord in all three transactions.
